Junior Enterprise Architect – Fixed Term

About the role

Coca-Cola Beverages Africa is looking for a Junior Enterprise Architect to join its Digital & Technology team. Reporting to the Group Head Enterprise Architecture, you will support the EA practice across multiple African markets while gaining exposure to large‑scale digital transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate Enterprise Architecture activities, schedule meetings and take minutes.
• Track EA requests, maintain demand visibility and support governance processes.
• Manage the architecture repository and ensure documentation is up‑to‑date.
• Provide reporting and operational support for the EA practice.
• Assist with technology research, capability assessments and preparation of review materials.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years experience in an administrative, analyst or junior technology role.
• Demonstrated interest in Enterprise Architecture, digital transformation or technology strategy.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field.
• Familiarity with Microsoft collaboration tools such as Teams, SharePoint and Azure DevOps.
• Willingness to learn and develop enterprise‑architecture knowledge.
