Junior Digital Project Manager (Agile Delivery)

About the role

The Junior Digital Project Manager will coordinate and deliver small to medium‑sized digital projects and workstreams, ensuring they meet agreed scope, time, cost and quality targets. Working closely with senior Project Managers, the role will progressively take ownership of planning, stakeholder communication, risk mitigation and delivery execution.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in defining project scope, objectives, deliverables and success criteria.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules and timelines.
• Break down requirements into manageable tasks and work packages.
• Support sprint planning, backlog refinement and release planning.
• Manage delivery of small to medium‑size projects or workstreams.
• Track progress, monitor risks, issues and dependencies, and raise blockers early.
• Prepare and distribute status reports, dashboards and project documentation.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as stand‑ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives and planning sessions.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment and accountability.

Required profile

• Junior‑level professional able to support senior Project Managers.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to break down complex requirements.
• Effective communicator comfortable liaising with business, product and technical stakeholders.
• Proactive in identifying and escalating risks and delivery impediments.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and Agile best practices.
