Junior Digital Marketing & Content Creator

About the role

Century 21’s Western Seaboard and City Bowl offices are seeking a creative, energetic Junior Digital Marketing & Content Creator to support real‑estate marketing across Cape Town. The role involves the full content creation cycle – from concept and filming to editing, design, copywriting and publishing.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, film and edit short‑form video content for Instagram, Facebook and TikTok, including property reels, agent videos and lifestyle pieces.
• Photograph and film properties, agents, offices, neighbourhoods and events, and create engaging graphics using Canva.
• Develop creative content concepts and campaigns, manage monthly content calendars and schedule posts.
• Write captions and copy, monitor engagement and basic analytics, and support agents with personal‑brand digital marketing.

Required profile

• Relevant qualification or practical experience in digital marketing, social media, graphic design or a related field.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook and TikTok trends and ability to produce high‑quality visual content.
• Excellent written English, attention to detail and ability to work independently under deadlines.
• Own smartphone capable of good‑quality video; driver’s licence and reliable transport are advantageous.
