Junior Culinary Sales Specialist – Ready Meals & Hot Deli

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Culinary Sales Specialist to promote our Ready Meals and Hot Deli range across Gauteng. This field‑based position blends food preparation, product demonstrations and sales activities, offering a hands‑on introduction to the FMCG food industry.

Key responsibilities

• Visit existing and prospective customers throughout Gauteng and build strong relationships.
• Conduct cooking and product demonstrations that showcase practical food solutions.
• Present product portfolios, support promotions and introduce new items.
• Identify sales opportunities, grow accounts and report on activity.
• Stay informed on competitor offerings and industry trends.

Required profile

• Matric qualification; preferably a Food Technology, Applied Food Science, Nutrition, Chef’s Diploma or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in FMCG, food manufacturing, food sales or a customer‑facing food environment.
• Strong interest in food, cooking and commercial development.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel throughout Gauteng.
