About the role
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Junior Construction Foreman to support our growing construction team in Cape Town. The role involves assisting senior foremen with daily site supervision and ensuring that residential building projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with daily site supervision and monitor progress.
- Ensure work is completed to specifications and on time.
- Coordinate workers and subcontractors on the construction site.
- Help keep projects on schedule by reporting issues promptly.
Required profile
- Basic construction experience, preferably in residential building.
- Ability to manage small teams on site.
- Good communication and problem‑solving skills.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Valid driver’s licence.
