About the role

Our client, a growing consulting engineering firm based in Bellville, is looking for a motivated Junior Civil Engineer. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience across residential and commercial civil projects, allowing you to develop core design and delivery skills within a supportive team.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in civil engineering design and documentation for residential and commercial projects.
• Support senior engineers with project deliverables, calculations, and technical reports.
• Prepare drawings and design information using relevant software tools.
• Collaborate with engineers, consultants, and multidisciplinary project teams.
• Gain practical exposure to various civil engineering disciplines.

Required profile

• BEng, BSc or equivalent qualification in Civil Engineering.
• 0–1 years of experience in civil engineering or a strong interest in the field.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
