Junior Business Development Manager / Engineer (Graduate Opportunity)

Operating at the leading edge of modern defence and aerospace, this graduate position sits at the intersection of commercial strategy and engineering. It offers immediate exposure to complex aerospace systems, OEM partnerships and global defence market dynamics while being mentored by industry leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary commercial and technical liaison with suppliers, OEMs and technology partners throughout procurement and integration.
• Coordinate product integration timelines, technical workflows and deliverable schedules between engineering resources and the sales team.
• Provide the sales team with up‑to‑date domain knowledge, technical product collateral and competitive positioning to enhance client engagements.
• Monitor emerging defence and aerospace trends, conduct compatibility studies and support the development of new capability offerings.

Required profile

• Outstanding Matric results with multiple distinctions and a recognised tertiary degree (BSc, BEng, BCom or equivalent).
• 0‑3 years of experience; exceptional 2026/2027 graduates strongly encouraged to apply.
• Willingness to undertake occasional international travel.
• High proficiency in the MS Office Suite and strong written communication and technical document production capabilities.
