Junior Associate / Paralegal – Transaction Closer

About the role

We are a law firm focused on indirect investments in private markets, seeking a motivated individual to join our transaction team as a Transaction Closer. The role blends legal and operational responsibilities, offering immediate exposure to sophisticated private‑equity and secondary‑fund transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Support a broad range of private‑markets transactions and related legal projects.
• Review, draft, and prepare transaction and legal documentation.
• Coordinate transaction timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications.
• Liaise with clients, fund managers, investors, administrators, and external counsel.
• Assist with investor onboarding, including AML/KYC checks, tax documentation, and subscription requirements.
• Review fund documentation and help resolve legal and operational matters.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 1 year of transactional experience in M&A, real estate, private equity, or fund administration.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate in a fast‑paced, international environment.
• Comfortable working remotely.
