Junior Accountant – Finance Team (African Operations)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Junior Accountant to join our finance team supporting African operations. This full‑time position offers exposure to a multi‑entity environment within the industrial and construction services sector.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and management reports for multiple African entities.
• Perform variance analysis, reconciliations and ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Support month‑end and year‑end closing processes across jurisdictions.
• Collaborate with senior accountants to maintain accurate ledger entries and documentation.
• Contribute to budgeting, forecasting and ad‑hoc financial analysis projects.

Required profile

• Completed SAICA (or SAIPA) articles.
• Post‑graduate Diploma in Accounting Science or equivalent qualification.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, multi‑entity environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
