IT/Engineering Graduate – Junior Analyst

About the role

Our client is looking for high‑performing IT or Engineering graduates to join a fast‑growing team that builds intelligent, in‑house software solutions. You will work across the full software development lifecycle, collaborating directly with clients to deliver tailored business systems.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to design, configure, and implement custom software solutions.
• Participate in unit and end‑to‑end testing, deployment, and user training.
• Work across development, QA, and production environments.
• Contribute to technical designs and maintain solution documentation.
• Provide post‑implementation support and continuous enhancements.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with good time‑management and multitasking capabilities.
• Attention to detail, especially when handling sensitive data.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
