IT Systems and Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic IT Systems and Project Manager to lead the team responsible for delivering key IT projects, maintaining core business systems and supporting the wider organisation. This role combines project leadership with hands‑on systems oversight and people management, ensuring smooth operations while driving technology initiatives aligned with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of IT projects, including applications, system upgrades, software development and implementations, while managing scope, budget and resources.
• Develop and maintain integrations between internal systems and third‑party platforms using APIs, middleware and other integration tools.
• Manage and mentor a multi‑disciplinary IT team of system administrators, support staff and developers, overseeing performance reviews and workload balancing.
• Oversee administration, upgrades, patching and lifecycle management of business‑critical systems such as ERP, SharePoint, WMS and POS.
• Define and enforce IT policies, procedures and compliance standards, providing escalation support for complex incidents.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent experience; MBA or IT Management qualification is a plus.
• 5–10 years of total IT experience, including 3–5 years leading IT projects.
• Proven ability to manage full project life cycles from planning to close‑out.
• Hands‑on experience with enterprise systems such as ERP, WMS and POS.
