IT Support Engineer – Junior to Senior Levels

About the role

Network Alliance is expanding its Managed Services team in Gauteng and is hiring Junior, Intermediate and Senior IT Support Engineers for its Centurion office and customer sites. This is a full‑time, on‑site position where you will work directly with clients to deliver high‑quality ICT solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert technical support across network infrastructure, including Microsoft operating systems, hardware, software, antivirus and backup systems.
• Troubleshoot internet and email connectivity issues with a strong focus on routing methodologies.
• Perform fault finding and problem‑solving to resolve technical incidents quickly.
• Communicate solutions clearly in both written and verbal form, using English and Afrikaans.
• Maintain a customer‑centric approach, ensuring exceptional service delivery.

Required profile

• National Matric Certificate (completed).
• CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification (essential).
• Proficiency in network infrastructure technologies, Microsoft OS, hardware, software, antivirus and backup.
• Strong knowledge of internet/email connectivity and routing.
• Excellent fault‑finding and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluency in English and Afrikaans.
• South African citizenship with a valid ID.
• Valid driver’s licence, own vehicle, and residence in Pretoria, Johannesburg or surrounding areas.
• Demonstrated commitment, professionalism, reliability and ethical conduct.
