IT Support Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an IT Support Engineer to provide first and second‑line support for end users in Pretoria. You will ensure hardware, software and network environments run smoothly while maintaining security and documentation standards.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve hardware, software and connectivity incidents within SLA targets and assist with user onboarding and device setup.
• Manage Microsoft 365 licenses, permissions, Active Directory and endpoint security.
• Maintain PCs, laptops, printers and network devices, ensuring reliable wired and wireless networks.
• Uphold security policies, manage IT asset registers and keep the internal knowledge base up‑to‑date.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of IT Support or Desktop Support experience in a corporate environment.
• CompTIA A+ and Network+ (or equivalent) certifications.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel between sites.
