IT Operations & Delivery Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking an IT Operations & Delivery Coordinator who is adept at supporting the operational effectiveness of our IT department. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and coordination skills and will be crucial in maintaining administrative discipline. This role ensures operational processes are consistently followed, allowing technical teams to concentrate on delivery while central coordination is managed efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and maintain IT documentation repositories, ensuring structure and consistency.
• Coordinate internal and external IT meetings, including sprint reviews, retrospectives, architecture discussions, and shaping sessions.
• Record meeting outcomes, decisions, and action items, and ensure consistent reporting across Development, BA, QA, Support, and Infrastructure teams.
• Maintain reporting templates, consolidate operational reporting, and manage support schedules, rotations, and coverage.
• Coordinate leave schedules, overtime tracking, performance review administration, and IT stock management with the IT Financial Controller.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of professional experience within an IT department or technology environment.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills.
• Proficiency with documentation and management systems.
