IT Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT Engineer to join our Cape Town office on a permanent, onsite basis. You will provide level 2‑3 technical support, manage server and network infrastructure, and ensure service level agreements are met.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to escalated IT queries, adhering to SLA targets.
• Manage on‑premises Active Directory, Office365, and Azure environments.
• Troubleshoot system accounts, passwords, and related access issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain PC hardware and software.
• Deliver training and upskilling on various IT applications.

Required profile

• Matric/Grade 12 with a relevant degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
• Microsoft certification such as MCSA, MCSE or MCITP.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure and at least 1 year in CRM administration or a similar role.
• Knowledge of South African IT legislation, hyper‑converged and networking technologies, SD‑WAN, Wi‑Fi, VLANs, domain management and website administration.
• Proficient in MS Office and willing to work irregular hours.
