About the role
We are a leading office and IT business seeking skilled technicians to maintain and repair PABX, copier, and CCTV equipment at client sites.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and repair PABX, copier and CCTV equipment on client premises.
- Perform fault‑finding and troubleshooting in a logical, professional manner.
- Liaise with clients regarding issues, maintenance schedules and recommendations.
- Recommend and communicate preventative maintenance to customers.
- Provide feedback on job cards for future reference.
- Keep company vehicles clean and well‑maintained.
- Help build client relationships to develop the Leaf Technologies brand.
Required profile
- Experience repairing/maintaining copiers, printers, CCTV and/or PABX systems.
- Technical qualification is an advantage, but field experience is also valid.
- Valid driver’s licence.
- Good communication and administration skills.
- Passion for customer service.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
