About the role
The IT Coordinator will oversee all IT activities for the South African subsidiary, ensuring smooth operations, vendor management, user support, and compliance with company policies and local regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and deliver IT support and service requests.
- Manage user access and perform systems administration.
- Oversee vendor relationships and contracts.
- Maintain infrastructure and track IT assets.
- Ensure compliance with security standards and company policies.
- Identify and implement process improvements.
- Provide project support as needed.
Required profile
- 2–5 years of experience in IT support or coordination.
- Strong coordination, problem‑solving and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and customer‑service orientation.
- Valid driver’s licence (advantageous).
- Willingness to provide after‑hours support when required.
