ISOC Engineer – Intelligent Security & Operations Center

About the role

Rain is expanding its AI‑driven network infrastructure and is seeking an ISOC Engineer to ensure seamless operation, safety and security of its systems. You will act as the bridge between automated monitoring platforms and the broader organisation, making critical decisions that cannot be automated.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the flow of information between automated safety, security and network health monitoring systems and engineers, management and external stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot complex network, safety and security incidents and decide on appropriate response actions.
• Interpret and analyse data from multiple sources to identify performance issues and develop corrective solutions.
• Oversee the performance of automated monitoring tools, ensuring proper functionality and making adjustments as required.
• Develop and maintain SOPs for the ISOC team with a view to future automation.
• Collaborate with ISOC team members to identify improvement opportunities and implement best practices.

Required profile

• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
• Good understanding of automation concepts.
• Effective communication with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Experience working in a collaborative, team‑oriented environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
