About the role
Our client is a dynamic growing boutique investment management business seeking an Investment Specialist to support the Head of Client Services in managing client relationships and delivering communications.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day client service activities for designated clients, including quarterly Investment Committee meetings.
- Deliver client communications, support in‑person and virtual events, and contribute to product knowledge development.
- Develop and maintain client relationship database (CRM) and ensure SLA compliance.
Required profile
- 5+ years of client service experience in the financial services industry.
- Qualification in Financial Services (e.g., BCom, B.BusSc).
- Proven ability to build and maintain effective client relationships and present to larger audiences.
Required skills
- CRM database management.
- Effective written communication, including investment commentaries.
