Inventory & Dispatch Administrator – New Germany to Springfield Park

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Inventory & Dispatch Administrator to join our established warehouse team. The role ensures accurate order fulfillment, maintains inventory integrity, and coordinates daily dispatches to guarantee on‑time deliveries for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Track backorders, verify stock availability and keep physical inventory aligned with system records.
• Prepare trip sheets in Syspro, optimise delivery routes and consolidate loads while respecting vehicle weight limits.
• Close pick slips, generate invoices and delivery notes, and ensure all sales orders are processed before cut‑off times.
• Liaise with 3PL transport providers, schedule deliveries and update internal sales teams on any delays.
• Run and validate DOTIF (Delivered On Time In Full) reports and maintain organised physical and digital filing systems.

Required profile

• Grade 12 / Matric (Supply Chain/Logistics qualifications are a plus).
• Minimum 3 years experience in dispatch, transport operations or stock control within a warehouse environment.
• Valid Code 08 driver’s licence and reliable own transport.
• Ability to work standard hours with flexibility for overtime.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Syspro ERP (or a similar system).

What we offer

• Competitive CTC of R16 000 – R17 000 per month (inclusive of Provident Fund).
• Full‑time, onsite position based initially in New Germany, moving to Springfield Park.
