International Sales Manager

About the role

The International Sales Manager will lead the growth of our electricity meters, communication modules and smart metering systems across assigned regions. This role combines market development, relationship building and end‑to‑end sales execution to expand our presence in the utility and industrial sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies for electricity meters, communication modules, and smart metering systems in assigned regions.
• Identify and build strong relationships with utility companies, system integrators, and local agents.
• Lead the end‑to‑end sales process: customer engagement, project proposal, bidding, negotiation, contract signing, and post‑sale support.
• Attend international exhibitions and technical seminars to promote company products.
• Conduct market intelligence research and competitor analysis.
• Collaborate internally with product, legal, logistics, and R&D teams to ensure customer success and project delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, International Business, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of international sales experience in the power or industrial sector.
• Familiarity with bidding processes for public utility projects.
• Excellent command of English (both written and spoken).
• Proven communication, negotiation, and intercultural skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively or be based abroad.
