Internal Systems Administrator – RMM & Automation

About the role

Netsurit is seeking an Internal Systems Administrator to manage, optimise and support the full suite of business and operational tools used across the company. The role is fully remote and focuses on ensuring seamless communication between MSP platforms, automation engines and finance systems.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and optimise core platforms including ConnectWise PSA & RMM, CloudRadial, HubSpot, QuickBooks, Scalepad, TimeZest and SmileBack.
• Oversee Microsoft CSP billing processes and reconcile data between Microsoft, PSA and accounting systems.
• Manage user access, security roles and configuration settings across all internal applications.
• Design, build and maintain native or custom API/webhook integrations between business systems.
• Develop workflow automations using n8n and scripting (PowerShell, Python) to eliminate manual data entry.
• Configure ConnectWise service boards, SLAs, ticket routing, agreements and billing structures.
• Monitor and maintain RMM policies for servers, workstations and network devices.
• Serve as primary technical contact for vendor support and system upgrades.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing MSP‑type environments and business‑system ecosystems.
• Strong understanding of IT service management, billing reconciliation and user provisioning.
• Ability to design and troubleshoot API integrations and automation workflows.
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented and comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
