Internal Sales Representative – Tool & Paint

About the role

Our client, a well‑established player in the Tool & Paint industry, is looking for an experienced Internal Sales Representative to join their Benoni team. The role focuses on managing inbound and outbound sales enquiries, preparing quotations, and supporting customers with technical product advice.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales enquiries and process orders accurately.
• Prepare quotations and manage customer orders using the Kerridge ERP system.
• Provide technical product advice and support to customers.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to identify sales opportunities.
• Liaise with warehouse and sales teams to ensure efficient order fulfilment.
• Achieve and exceed set sales targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in an internal sales role within the Tool & Paint sector.
• Strong customer service and relationship‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Target‑driven with a proactive approach to upselling.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
