Internal Sales Consultant (Night Shift)

About the role

Allmed is seeking a motivated and results‑driven Internal Sales Consultant to join its Night Shift Operations team in Cape Town. The role is suited to an energetic professional with experience in the Temporary Employment Services (TES) industry and a passion for customer service, administration, and relationship management.

Key responsibilities

• Review on‑call reports and respond to newly created vacancies.
• Ensure on‑call staff are appropriately placed in available vacancies.
• Update MedZone with staff information, including status and availability changes.
• Capture shift requests promptly upon receipt from clients.
• Complete nominations on the Nursing Information Management System (NIMS) and load staff information from MedZone onto NIMS.
• Perform annual South African Nursing Council (SANC) updates on NIMS and MedZone.
• Reconfirm availability of staff booked for shifts.
• Deliver excellent client and staff support while meeting operational targets.

Required profile

• Matric (Grade 12) qualification.
• 1 to 2 years' experience within the Temporary Employment Services (TES) industry or a similar role.
• Experience working in a sales‑driven environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills.
