Internal Sales Consultant

About the role

Join a high‑performance sales team as the engine that keeps the operation running smoothly. You will support the External Sales team by processing orders accurately, coordinating delivery, and ensuring customers receive the service they expect.

Key responsibilities

• Capture and document customer orders in the system.
• Coordinate with production, logistics and finance to guarantee on‑time delivery.
• Follow up on outstanding orders and resolve any queries promptly.
• Maintain organised records of all transactions and communications.

Required profile

• Matric certificate (non‑negotiable).
• Minimum one year of administrative experience handling quotes and invoices.
• Experience with an accounting package such as Sage.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Clear communication skills and a willingness to learn.
• Young, dynamic and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
