Internal Communications Specialist

About the role

Dustin is looking for a creative Internal Communications Specialist to shape the way 2,000+ Dustineers across the Nordics stay informed, inspired, and connected. You will own the internal channels, craft compelling stories, and bring initiatives to life through writing, video, and visual design.

Key responsibilities

• Produce and manage engaging content for the intranet, newsletters, email, video, and presentations.
• Plan, script, film, and edit video content that showcases people and projects.
• Partner with leaders and teams to surface great stories and ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and visual identity.
• Maintain and evolve internal communication channels to keep employees informed and proud of the company’s mission.

Required profile

• Curious, creative storyteller who thrives on connecting with people.
• Proactive in seeking out stories and turning ideas into compelling content.
• Enjoys collaboration with leaders across the organisation.
• Comfortable handling multiple formats and tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Video production (planning, filming, editing).
• Visual design for internal communications.
• Content creation and storytelling across written and visual media.
