About the role
We're looking for a student or recent graduate who wants hands‑on experience. You'll start on an internal project – real, meaningful work that builds your skills and confidence – with a mentor guiding you along the way, and grow from there. You will have a mentor from the engineering team who guides your work day to day, and you will sit in on the team's planning and reviews.
Key responsibilities
- Work on a real internal project with a mentor guiding you
- Build features and fix bugs across a modern web stack
- Learn the tools and workflow the team uses day to day
- Take on client work as your skills grow
Required profile
- Studying towards (or recently completed) a Computer Science / Software Engineering degree, or equivalent
- Some hands‑on experience with a modern language or framework (personal projects count)
- Eager to take ownership
- Comfortable asking questions
- Reliable and organised
