Intermediate Solutions Architect

About the role

We are looking for an Intermediate Solutions Architect to join a leading financial services group. The role is hybrid, based in Cape Town (or Johannesburg), and focuses on delivering end‑to‑end solution architecture across the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver end‑to‑end solution architectures that integrate data, AI and business capabilities.
• Define architecture roadmaps and reference architectures aligned with enterprise standards.
• Ensure incremental delivery of solutions while maintaining alignment with the overall enterprise architecture.
• Engage with business and executive stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs.

Required profile

• Relevant tertiary qualification or certifications such as TOGAF or Azure Solutions Architect.
• 6‑8 years of enterprise solution delivery experience, preferably in financial services or insurance.
• Proven experience delivering digital customer or advisor platforms.
• Strong stakeholder management at business and executive levels.
