Intermediate Project Manager

About the role

Altron Digital Business is seeking an Intermediate Project Manager to lead the delivery of software and enterprise technology projects. You will oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring scope, budget, quality, and timeline commitments are met while fostering strong stakeholder relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Lead software and technology projects from initiation through closure.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, resources, budgets, and deliverables.
• Drive execution, monitor progress, manage risks, and resolve issues.
• Maintain stakeholder engagement across business and technical teams.
• Ensure governance, reporting, and adherence to PMO standards.
• Manage project financials, resource utilisation, forecasting, and vendor relationships.
• Facilitate change management and quality assurance activities.
• Oversee handover, lessons learned, and benefits realisation.
• Support PMO improvement initiatives and mentor junior resources.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering or related field.
• Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM or equivalent).
• 6+ years of project management experience in software, technology or digital transformation.
• Proven experience delivering ERP or Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations.
• Strong leadership, decision‑making and stakeholder communication skills.
