Intermediate Architect / Candidate Architect

About the role
We are looking for an Intermediate Architect to join our Cape Town studio. The role focuses on producing high‑quality construction documentation using Revit and supporting the design team throughout the project lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Create and manage detailed working drawings and construction documents in Autodesk Revit.
- Collaborate with senior architects and engineers to ensure design intent and technical accuracy.
- Maintain project files, libraries, and standards to support efficient workflow.
- Assist in preparing presentation material and design visuals as required.
- Review and coordinate multidisciplinary inputs to resolve design conflicts.
Required profile
- Master of Architecture (Professional) degree (MArch Prof).
- Minimum of 2 years of professional architectural experience.
- Based in Cape Town – only local candidates will be considered.
- Strong technical eye for detail and a solid portfolio of Revit‑based drawings.
