Interbound Sales Advisor

About the role

OUTsurance is seeking an Interbound Sales Advisor to join its dynamic sales team. You will be responsible for converting leads and quotes into sales while meeting defined premium and quality targets.

Key responsibilities

• Convert leads and quotes into sales, achieving minimum monthly premium written.
• Maintain average premium value and net conversion ratio of quotes to sales.
• Meet facility quality targets, including cancellation ratio.
• Ensure high‑quality customer interactions in a call‑centre environment.

Required profile

• Minimum Matric or equivalent qualification.
• Sales‑oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work under deadlines and deliver results.
• Initiative, tenacity, and enthusiasm for the role and company.
• Effective planning, teamwork, sound judgement, and problem‑solving skills.
• Adaptability, integrity, and tolerance for stress.
