Integration Lead – Oracle Cloud Integration (L4)

About the role

The Integration Lead will design, implement and govern enterprise‑wide Oracle Cloud Integration (OIC) solutions that connect Oracle Fusion ERP, SCM and external business applications across cloud and hybrid environments. You will provide technical leadership for integration architecture, API strategy, middleware, data migration and system interoperability while ensuring security, scalability and high performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design and delivery of OIC solutions.
• Develop integrations between Oracle Fusion ERP, SCM and third‑party applications.
• Design cloud, hybrid and on‑premises integration architectures using OIC components.
• Create and manage REST/SOAP APIs, web services, adapters and B2B integrations.
• Configure OIC modules such as API Gateway, Process Automation, Business Insights, File Server and adapters.
• Optimize high‑volume batch and real‑time data integrations for performance and reliability.
• Oversee environment management, deployment, migration, monitoring and production support.
• Collaborate with functional teams to integrate Finance (GL, AP, AR, FA) and SCM (Procurement, Purchasing, Inventory, PDH) processes.

Required profile

• 10‑15 years of hands‑on experience in Oracle Cloud systems integration and architecture.
• Proven delivery of at least two large‑scale, end‑to‑end enterprise implementation projects.
• Strong technical leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
