Insurance Broker – Bedfordview

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Insurance Broker to join our Bedfordview team. You will be responsible for expanding our short‑term insurance portfolio, selling both personal and commercial lines, and building lasting relationships with new and existing clients.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, canvass and generate new business opportunities for personal and commercial insurance products.
• Develop and maintain a book of short‑term insurance policies.
• Achieve sales targets through effective lead generation and cold‑calling.
• Provide accurate quotes, negotiate terms and close sales.
• Collaborate with internal sales support functions to ensure smooth policy administration.

Required profile

• Self‑starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and strong business acumen.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Analytical, numerical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, handling pressure in a dynamic environment.
• Resilient, adaptable and able to manage relationships effectively.
