Inside Sales Representative – German Speaker

About the role

TLC Marketing Worldwide is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative who is fluent in German to drive partner acquisition and manage high‑volume outbound outreach. You will be the voice of the brand, engaging decision‑makers and expanding our network of venue partners across South Africa.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high‑volume cold calling to prospect and acquire new venue partners.
• Research and build a proactive pipeline of potential partners.
• Present TLC’s rewards platform, negotiate terms, and close partnership agreements.
• Re‑engage previously contacted or inactive venues to uncover new opportunities.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and track performance against daily KPIs and call targets.
• Collaborate with the sales team, share insights, and contribute to a target‑driven environment.
• Support partner onboarding, address product queries, and handle reporting requirements as needed.

Required profile

• Proven experience in telesales, cold calling, or lead generation.
• Comfortable working in a KPI‑focused role with high daily call volumes.
• Resilient “hunter” mindset with a passion for winning new business.
• Strong verbal communication and ability to influence quickly over the phone.
• Positive, energetic attitude thriving in a fast‑moving, performance‑led setting.
• Native or bilingual proficiency in German.

Required skills
