Industrial Tooling Sales Representative

About the role

Our client, a well‑established industrial tooling brand based in Tshwane, is seeking a driven Sales Representative to expand its market presence across Pretoria and surrounding regions. The role focuses on generating new business, nurturing existing accounts and delivering exceptional customer service in the industrial tooling sector.

Key responsibilities

• Market and sell industrial tooling products and services to customers in Pretoria, Tshwane, Polokwane, Brits, Rustenburg and nearby areas.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with end‑users, resellers and existing clients.
• Prepare and submit call reports; occasionally deliver products to customers.
• Report non‑conforming products, service issues and customer complaints to management.
• Provide feedback on product performance, deliveries and queries.
• Assess customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.

Required profile

• Matriculation (high school) qualification.
• Minimum 5 years sales experience, preferably in industrial tooling or a related market.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong negotiation skills and a results‑driven mindset.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Attention to detail, reliability and a proactive attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software.
• Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
