Incentive & Sales Data Analyst

About the role

The Incentive & Sales Data Analyst reports directly to the Head of Operations VAS and will drive the implementation of VAS business across Media, Insurance and Mobile channels. The role combines incentive management, sales performance tracking and data‑driven strategy development to support growth across all TFG divisions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and reconcile VAS incentive structures and payments across multiple channels.
• Analyse and report on sales performance, POS and DAS metrics, tracking targets at brand, division and store level.
• Identify cancellations, zero‑sales stores and under‑performance, providing risk insights and growth opportunities.
• Develop data‑driven strategies to improve sales growth and incentive models, supporting cross‑channel campaigns.
• Extract operational data, build and maintain Power BI dashboards, and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, IT, Media, Insurance and Mobile teams to ensure accurate incentive spend and effective change management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or diploma.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in reporting, data analysis and dashboard creation.
• Strong budget and P&L management skills.
• Experience with digital sales and platform technologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities for internal and external stakeholders.

Required skills

• Power BI for dashboard development and reporting.
• Working knowledge of AI platforms such as Copilot, Claude and ChatGPT.
• Advanced data analysis and reporting tool proficiency.
