Inbound Sales & Tender Administrator

About the role

Elecdata (Pty) Ltd is seeking a highly organised and detail‑oriented Inbound Sales & Tender Administrator to support tender administration, compliance readiness and document control. The role is junior/entry‑level and will initially be on a three‑month fixed‑term contract.

Key responsibilities

• Search online tender portals, identify relevant opportunities and review specifications, requirements and deadlines.
• Complete, compile and verify tender forms and supporting documentation, ensuring packs are signed and submitted on time.
• Maintain organised tender files, registers and submission records, monitoring expiry dates of compliance documents.
• Follow up internally and externally for missing information, assist with clarifications and track tender outcomes.
• Provide administrative support to inbound sales, projects and other business activities as needed.

Required profile

• Matric / Grade 12 with a valid driver’s licence.
• Strong computer literacy, especially Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, and ability to use online systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple documents and deadlines.
• Methodical, reliable and comfortable working within structured processes.

What we offer

• Basic salary ranging from R8,000 to R12,000 per month, dependent on experience.
• Three‑month fixed‑term contract with the possibility of renewal or permanent employment.
• Office location in Plumstead, Cape Town.
