Inbound Sales & Customer Onboarding Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are a fast‑growing tech‑enabled mobility platform that lets customers rent cars instantly via a mobile app. We need a high‑energy Inbound Sales & Customer Onboarding Specialist based in South Africa to turn inbound leads into paid vehicle reservations.

Key responsibilities

• Engage high‑intent inbound leads from app chat, SMS, email and phone to secure vehicle reservations.
• Guide customers through digital registration and document verification, removing friction points.
• Proactively follow up with prospects who have started but not completed the onboarding process.
• Maintain urgency on every interaction to meet daily and weekly commission targets.
• Deliver warm, empathetic customer service while focusing on closing reservations.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in B2C sales, inbound customer service, or high‑volume onboarding.
• Self‑motivated, financially driven and comfortable working on commission.
• Excellent verbal and written English with a persuasive, friendly tone.
• Dedicated quiet home office and reliable high‑speed internet.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems and multi‑channel messaging platforms.
