Inbound Sales and Support Specialist

About the role

Sagan Recruitment is hiring an Inbound Sales and Support Specialist to work remotely from South Africa. The role handles inbound calls from US homeowners, guides conversations toward a suitable service appointment and helps customers understand membership options, combining consultative phone selling with calm, empathetic customer support. It is a full-time position with an independent contractor engagement; the exact schedule is confirmed during selection.

Key responsibilities

• Guide inbound calls conversationally, understand customer needs and respond to objections.
• Book service appointments and explain or upsell relevant membership options.
• Stay calm with stressed or frustrated callers and de-escalate difficult conversations.

Required profile

• Inbound phone sales experience, including objection handling and closing or booking on live calls.
• Excellent spoken English with a clear, natural and engaging phone presence.
• An empathetic approach and the ability to guide a conversation without relying on a rigid script.
• Nice to have: inbound sales or support experience in home services or residential field services.
