Implementation Specialist

About the role

The Implementation Specialist will manage end‑to‑end client implementation requests, from onboarding new clients to updating existing setups and processing fee adjustments. You will ensure each request is accurately reviewed, efficiently executed in the system, and clearly communicated to stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage new client implementations and updates to existing client details.
• Process client fee updates and adjustments within agreed timelines.
• Review incoming requests for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
• Configure and update client information in relevant systems, performing validation checks.
• Communicate progress, status, and expectations to business stakeholders.
• Track implementation requests, report risks, issues, and delays.
• Identify and propose process‑improvement opportunities in collaboration with the PMO.
• Participate in client and internal meetings, and project‑manage selected implementations.

Required profile

• Matric / Grade 12 (essential).
• Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2 AGILE or equivalent).
• 2–5 years of experience in client implementation/onboarding, system changes or operations, and data management or system configuration.
