Implementation Coordinator

About the role

The Implementation Coordinator will act as the key link between Commspace, internal teams and clients, ensuring smooth integration of new projects and system users. This hybrid position in Paarl combines technical data handling with strong interpersonal communication to deliver account setups and transitions on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Support planning and coordination of transition activities, tracking tasks, timelines and handovers.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams, coordinating cross‑functional delivery.
• Collate, process and audit data sets to ensure accuracy before system integration.
• Maintain clear documentation, notes and checklists for all processes.
• Proactively flag risks, delays or gaps and propose solutions to improve client experience and operational efficiency.
• Monitor multiple client accounts simultaneously to ensure solutions meet customer needs and deadlines.

Required profile

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the broader Microsoft Office Suite.
• At least two years of experience in a professional, client‑facing environment (or a junior candidate with strong coordination skills).
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or a related field is preferred.
• Approachable, detail‑oriented and reliable under deadline pressure.
• Self‑managed, able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines independently.
• Proactive learner comfortable with new fintech systems.
• Fluent in both English and Afrikaans, with excellent written and verbal communication.
