A well‑established and rapidly growing private healthcare group is seeking an experienced Hospital Manager to oversee the full operational management of one of its facilities in Johannesburg. This role is ideal for a dynamic healthcare leader who is passionate about delivering quality patient care while ensuring operational efficiency and sustainable growth.

Oversee the complete operational management of the hospital facility.
Drive operational efficiency and support sustainable growth initiatives.

Required profile

A relevant tertiary qualification in Healthcare Management, Nursing, Business Administration, or a related field.
5–10 years of experience in hospital or healthcare facility management.
Strong leadership and people‑management capabilities.
Solid understanding of hospital operations, healthcare regulations, and financial management.
Proven ability to implement operational improvements and lead multidisciplinary teams.
