About the role

The Healthcare Recruitment & Operations Coordinator supports recruitment and day‑to‑day operations for medical professionals in a remote, full‑time capacity. The role blends candidate screening, interview coordination, administrative support and non‑clinical chart review to ensure high‑quality staffing for skilled nursing facilities and other healthcare settings.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct initial screening calls with physicians, nurse practitioners and physician assistants, gathering and recording key candidate information.
• Confirm salary expectations, SNF experience, location, travel willingness and employment type.
• Prepare clear screening summaries, schedule interviews and manage calendar invitations across multiple US time zones.
• Maintain emails, run recruitment reports, update spreadsheets, trackers and internal systems.
• Review non‑clinical charts and documentation, identify gaps or inconsistencies and escalate findings to the appropriate clinical or operational team.

Required profile

• Previous experience in healthcare administration, recruitment or related talent‑acquisition functions.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify missing or inconsistent information.
