Regenesys Business School is seeking a dynamic and visionary leader to serve as Head of the School of Psychology. This senior position combines strategic leadership, academic innovation, and people development to shape the future of psychology education and research.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the vision, mission, and long‑term strategy for the School of Psychology in alignment with Regenesys’ values.
• Lead curriculum development, programme expansion, accreditation initiatives and ensure world‑class teaching, learning and assessment standards.
• Promote research excellence, secure publications, and foster a culture of knowledge creation.
• Recruit, mentor and lead academic and support staff, cultivating a collaborative environment.
• Champion student learning experiences, career pathways and holistic development.
• Build strong relationships with professional associations, industry partners and international academic networks.

Required profile

• Doctoral degree (PhD or equivalent) in Psychology or a closely related field.
• Proven record of academic leadership and administration in higher education.
• Strong portfolio of published research in reputable journals.
• Demonstrated success in curriculum design, accreditation and quality assurance.
• Exceptional leadership, communication and people management skills.
