About the role

Storyteller is a fast‑growing B2B SaaS company that powers engagement formats for leading global sports brands. As Head of Operations you will own the end‑to‑end operating model across all products, turning strategic outcomes into concrete processes, teams and accountability.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement a clear operating model with defined roles, responsibilities and processes.
• Scale hiring, line‑management and team structures to meet rapid growth.
• Control SaaS, AI and cloud spend, negotiating every line item.
• Ensure flawless delivery for high‑impact client events (finals, tentpoles, major tournaments).
• Lead an AI‑first operations layer, automating repeatable processes.
• Act as the execution partner for founders, spotting gaps and instituting solutions proactively.

Required profile

• Build‑it mindset – comfortable creating systems from scratch.
• Proven senior leadership experience in fast‑moving SaaS or tech environments.
• Strong track record of high‑velocity hiring and scaling teams.
• Data‑driven decision‑making with a focus on cost efficiency.
• Ability to thrive under pressure during critical client moments.
