As the Head of Legal for the MEA region, you will serve as a strategic legal advisor and a key leader within a world-renowned brand. You will play a pivotal role in navigating complex legal landscapes, managing risks, and driving business growth across diverse markets.

Missions principales

• Provide strategic legal guidance to senior management and translate complex legal requirements into actionable business directives.
• Oversee franchise governance and manage high-level franchisee escalations and disputes.
• Support commercial agreements, corporate matters, and M&A initiatives to facilitate business expansion.
• Lead the regional legal risk management framework and protect the brand's intellectual property.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts and legal documents.
• Manage investigations, employment law issues, and crisis management situations.
• Develop and strengthen the regional legal function to align with global strategic objectives.

Profil recherché

• Proven experience in a senior legal leadership role, preferably within a multinational or franchise-based environment.
• Strong ability to influence decision-making at the highest executive levels.
• Exceptional negotiation skills and experience in handling complex commercial disputes.
• Demonstrated expertise in corporate governance, M&A, and intellectual property protection.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, international business setting.
