Head of International Sales - US Market

About the role

This fully remote position is based in South Africa and focuses on building the US market for an established Sales‑as‑a‑Service company that already operates successfully across Germany and the DACH region. You will lead the creation of a US sales strategy, generate a pipeline, and convert high‑value opportunities into long‑term partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the go‑to‑market strategy for the United States.
• Identify, engage and close senior‑level business opportunities.
• Build and manage a revenue pipeline from prospecting to contract signing.
• Collaborate directly with senior leadership to align US growth with overall company objectives.
• Lay the groundwork for a future English‑speaking sales function and potentially lead it.

Required profile

• Significant senior B2B sales and business development experience.
• Proven track record of opening new markets and delivering revenue growth.
• Existing network and relationships within the US market are highly desirable.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fully remote environment.
