About the role

We are looking for a senior Digital Transformation Leader to drive the firm’s digital transformation agenda and deliver measurable business impact. This hands‑on leadership position focuses on execution, ensuring technology‑enabled solutions are delivered, adopted, and generate ROI across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute digital transformation objectives that align with business goals.
• Lead end‑to‑end delivery, adoption and ROI measurement of technology solutions.
• Champion a data‑first philosophy, ensuring data accuracy, accessibility and governance.
• Drive system integration, automation and the adoption of emerging technologies such as AI, generative AI and agentic AI.
• Collaborate with partners and influence stakeholders at all levels to embed change.
• Transform work processes across operations, client service and revenue‑generating divisions.
