About the role

The Head of Demand Creation will lead the global division of a leading FMCG brand, driving consumer demand across a portfolio of brands. This senior marketing leader will champion a social‑first, digital‑first approach to brand building, overseeing advertising, social media engagement, direct‑to‑consumer initiatives and innovative brand experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business strategy into actionable, social‑first marketing plans.
• Lead global advertising campaigns and consumer engagement on social platforms.
• Develop and execute direct‑to‑consumer and influencer management programs.
• Drive brand innovation initiatives, including the integration of AI technologies.
• Oversee demand‑creation performance metrics and optimize spend across channels.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure brand consistency worldwide.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in marketing, preferably within FMCG or consumer goods.
• Strong track record of building and scaling social‑first, digital marketing strategies.
• Excellent strategic thinking with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
• Demonstrated ability to manage global teams and multi‑market campaigns.
