Handyman / General Worker – Full‑time

About the role

We are looking for a reliable and proactive handyman/general worker to join Ndaka Property Group on a full‑time basis. You will be responsible for maintaining our portfolio of properties and supporting the sales and operations teams.

Key responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and handyman tasks across company properties.
• Inspect properties, identify and report maintenance issues.
• Source and identify properties for sale or rental opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with property owners and prospective clients.
• Make outbound calls to owners and clients to generate leads.
• Support day‑to‑day activities of the sales and operations teams.
• Ensure all properties are well‑maintained, clean and presentable.

Required profile

• Matric/N3/NQF Level 4 certificate.
• Valid driver’s licence and ability to drive.
• Trustworthy, proactive and professional attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Basic handyman and general maintenance experience.
• Plumbing (certificate or practical experience).
• Electrical work (certificate or practical experience).
• Property inspection and maintenance.
